PRC provides a Warranty on its construction projects covering the first year after occupancy. PRC warrants its services and workmanship, as well as any subcontractors and trades involved with the project. Defective products or equipment may be remedied by the owner to the manufacturer of the product or material. The defective work is corrected either by repair or replacement at PRC's election. The corrective work will be started within a reasonable time after written notice by the owner and will also have a warranty.
